A girlfriend of mine was over a few nights ago and she was telling me how she suffers from OCD since the eighth grade. Her behaviour consists of always having things perfectly neat and lined up, when her friends come over and move anything in her room out of her symmetrical alignment it triggers her anxiety and she immediately feels stricken with panic, this had led her to finally talk to each of her friends individually expressing how she feels and her OCD. All of her friends are very understanding toward her OCD and her anxiety and panic attacks. After bringing her OCD and anxiety out in the open, she felt thankful that her friends were so caring and supportive. But she wants to learn how to get OVER it!
